Dxcker

This started simply because so many of you write horrendous Docker images.

I'll do a full write up another time. All time for personal projects has been at an all time low. So dxcker stalled out due to it being a single persons time and effort.

A lot of decisions are really tough too. I need reviews on the standards. Refactoring without the standards being set is tough as well.
